Why I Knew Something Had to Change
For years, I did everything “right” — eating clean, exercising, following all the wellness rules — but I still didn’t feel at home in my body.
In my twenties, I developed joint pain, fatigue, and rosacea and was eventually diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. My doctor told me to stop exercising and prescribed medication. I remember thinking, If this is my life in my twenties, what happens when I’m forty?
That’s when I began exploring nutrition and lifestyle changes — sleeping better, eating simply, reducing stress — and my symptoms improved dramatically and that experience opened my eyes to how deeply food, stress, and daily habits affect our energy, inflammation, hormones, and overall wellbeing.
I’ve had several turning points since then.
In my forties, even though I wasn’t symptomatic anymore, I began to feel off again — digestive issues, stress, and fatigue creeping back in. I realized that what worked before wasn’t working anymore.
That’s when I redefined what balance really means. I began supporting my stress, sleep, and hormone health more intentionally, and once again, I experienced transformation.
Over the years, I’ve seen how small, intentional changes can create lasting health.
What Led Me to Holistic Nutrition
I also saw it in my own family — how nourishing meals, less screen time, and more time outdoors brought calm and connection back to our home.
And after a decade in pharmaceutical sales, I saw firsthand that while medicine has its place, the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support.
That realization changed everything and ultimately led me toward holistic nutrition and personalized wellness work.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance® Coach, I blend science-based nutrition with a compassionate, real-life approach — helping women restore energy, support their metabolism and balance without restriction.
My method focuses on personalized nutrition, simple habits, and realistic routines that work for busy women. Together, we create calm in your body and clarity in your mind — one step at a time.
